✨ Processing Time

Standard shipping orders take 1–3 business days to be processed and packed before leaving our warehouse. Orders placed after 12 PM (C.T.) on Friday will ship out Monday.


✨ Shipping Rates

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders $99+ within the continental U.S. (APO excluded).

  • Standard Shipping: $6.95 (continental U.S.)

  • Hawaii & Alaska: $8.95

  • Canada: Rates based on total weight.

  • All other countries: Shipped via DHL with rates calculated at checkout.


✨ Delivery Times

  • We ship and deliver weekdays only.

  • Delivery times are our best estimate but aren’t guaranteed.

  • Special requests (like choosing carriers or future delivery dates) may have additional fees.

  • Signature may be required for some shipments.


✨ P.O. Boxes

Second-day and Next-day Shipping aren't available for P.O. Boxes. Standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will ship via parcel post.


✨ International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 🌎

  • Canada rates are based on order weight.

  • Other international orders ship via DHL.

  • Sorry, free shipping over $99 is only for continental U.S. orders.

  • DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes internationally.

Customs & Duties:

  • Duties, taxes, and fees are your responsibility.

  • These vary by country—please check with your local customs office for details.

We’ll process your order in 1–3 business days, but shipping carriers’ delivery times can vary.

  • We’re not responsible for delays with DHL or FedEx once the package leaves us.

  • For delivery guarantees or issues, please contact your carrier directly:

✨ Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order!

  • We can’t be responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

  • Need to fix an address? Contact us ASAP after ordering—we’ll try our best but can’t guarantee changes once it’s processing.


✨ Tracking & Delivery

  • All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.

  • Tracking may take 1–4 business days to update.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
